TOUPS SOUTH

The second restaurant for the Toups husband & wife team, this venue offered unique challenges- it shares space with the Southern Food & Beverage Museum! Prominent in the restaurant is the full wood bar from historic New Orleans eatery Bruning's, along with an Imperial Shaker, an old school contraption that shakes multiple cocktails via a hand crank. All of these charming features influenced the green bar stools, Cole & Sons Nuvolette wallpaper on the bar's canopy & the marble wallpaper behind the oyster mural by a local photographer. Light fixtures keep the rustic industrial look, but offer a cozy glow for intimate dining.
